Our Mission

Empowered by God's Holy Word, led by the Holy Spirit, we joyfully share the love of Jesus with all people through worship, teaching, fellowship, service, and witnessing to the community.

Resurrection has some exciting news to share: we are planning to move to our new location on Reidville Road by late November 2026 to begin offering worship services! If you're looking to worship at an LCMS church before then, Immanuel Lutheran in Simpsonville worships every Sunday at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Our temporary home for Bible studies is 9020 Asheville Hwy., Boiling Springs, SC 29316. By late November 2026, we plan to be fully moved into our new location at 2811 Reidville Road, Suite 12, Spartanburg, SC 29301. 

We currently meet on Thursdays at 6 pm for Bible study. 

Vicar Bruce Selin currently leads the congregation, with assistance and oversight by Rev. Jeff VanOsdol of Immanuel Lutheran in Simpsonville. 

Being Lutheran, our congregation accepts and teaches the Bible-based teachings of Martin Luther that inspired the Reformation of the Christian Church in the 16th Century. The teachings of Luther and the reformers can be summarized in three short phrases: Grace alone, Scripture alone, and Faith alone.
